Take That confirmed to perform at the BRITs

The trio will perform at this year’s awards ceremony.

Take That have been added to the line-up of performers for this year’s BRIT Awards.

The trio, who are the UK’s most successful live act ever, will make their sixth live appearance at the annual awards. To date Take That have won a total of eight BRIT Awards since they debuted on the music scene.

Take That will join previously announced performers Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Royal Blood, Paloma Faith and George Ezra.

The group released their latest studio album III in 2014 following the number 1 smash These Days. The album is their first release as a trio following the departure of Jason Orange.

The BRIT Awards with MasterCard will take place on 25th February 2015 at The O2. The ceremony will be broadcast live on ITV and hosted by Ant & Dec.
