G.R.L pay tribute to Simone Battle in Lighthouse video

Girl group G.R.L are set to release their first single since the death of member Simone Battle.

Lighthouse, the follow-up to 2014 smash Ugly Heart, will be released on 9th March. The song was written by Lukasz Gottwald, Theron Thomas, Timothy Thomas and Henry Walter and produced by Dr. Luke and Cirkut.

The music video is a touching tribute to Simone Battle who passed away a few months ago. It is directed by Daniel Carberry and premiered today.

G.R.L are also directing their fans to www.grlgivesanhour.org to learn more about helping those who are hurting to achieve mental wellness. Give an Hour is a non-profit 501 (c)(3), founded in September 2005 by Dr. Barbara Van Dahlen, a psychologist in the Washington, D.C., area. By leading a collective impact effort to change the story in America around mental health, mental illness, and wellness, Give an Hour and its partners will educate Americans about the signs of emotional suffering and will work to eliminate the barriers that prevent those in need from seeking the help and support they deserve.
