After days of people posting up fake trailers, the first official Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer has debuted this afternoon.
The 90 second trailer doesn’t give all that much away but it does give fans a first glimpse at the incredible special effects and the action from the movie. What we can tell you is that it does give you a look at Storm Troopers and a strange R2-D2 like creation.
Original Star Wars cast members Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker are returning to the series. They will be joined by John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow. The film is directed by J.J. Abrams.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens is released on 18th December 2015. Check out the teaser below:
