Gotham saw Gordon (Ben McKenzie) get a surprise when Oswald (Robin Lord Taylor) turned up on his doorstep.
The last the two saw each other Gordon was faking his murder and told him never to return. It’s probably for the best that Oswald is back considering everyone was starting to suspect that Gordon had killed the youngster.
Elsewhere in the episode Gordon and Bullock (Donal Logue) continued to clash over Gordon’s desire to keep investigating cases that are closed including the latest menace to stalk Gotham – The Balloonman. Gordon also got some more information our out Selina (Camren Bicondova) about the murder of Bruce’s (David Mazouz) parents.
The next episode of the season is Arkham. James and Bullock go on the search of a hitman who has been hired to influence the council’s decision as to who should develop the old Arkham Asylum.
