Details about new characters for the third season of Arrow have started to emerge.
TVLine reports that the show will add four new characters when it returns this autumn including a rival for Oliver and a new criminal.
The site reports that new character Daniel is a handsome, enigmatic and highly intelligent entrepreneur developing groundbreaking technology. The character is expected to become a love interest for Felicity as well as a rival for Oliver Queen.
Seth, a well-educated criminal, will be a potentially recurring character who drains his enemies willpower by exposing them to a drug.
Other new characters include Toshi and his wife Akiko who are expected to recur in Oliver’s Hong Kong flashbacks and be his friends and caretakers.
Arrow is expected to return this autumn in the US and the UK.
