Marvel Studios have placed a large version of Thor’s Hammer at Devenport House in Greenwich to celebrate the release of Thor: The Dark World on Monday.
The Hammer will be on display at Devenport House until the 28th February. If you want to see it you’d better be quick! The hammer weighs approximately the same as an adult hippopotamus.
Fans who do go to see the hammer are encouraged to tweet pictures using #ThorTDW to @MarvelUK. The best entry will win a load of Thor goodies.
Coming to 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Download, the Marvel sequel sees Chris Hemsworth return as Thor. The movie has grossed over $639 million dollars worldwide to date.
