Gareth Gates was the latest celebrity to leave Dancing On Ice.
The singer/actor found himself in the bottom two against Sam Attwater after failing to win over the public. During the live show both couples failed to impress the judges even though Gareth was told he’d done his best skate of the series so far.
During the dance-off Sam and his partner Vicky Ogden skated first to Dream Catch Me by Newton Faulkner. Gareth and his partner Brianne Delcourt then skated to U2’s Beautiful Day. Both couples had then done all they could to win over the judges.
Nicky said both skated well and chose to save Sam. Ashley chose to save Sam but admitted Gareth had upped his game. Jason told Gareth he had shown progression but chose to save Sam. Karen agreed that she would have saved Sam too.
Tune into Dancing On Ice next Sunday at 6.15pm to see the remaining six couples battle it out to secure their place in the competition.
