The Pixies have unveiled the brand new video to their track Another Toe In The Ocean taken from EP-1. This video is different to recent ones and is a 2 D animated clip written and directed by Liviu Boar of Romania (ReeAnimation).
The band has also revealed the details of their 2013-2014 global tour, which continues with a series of major South American and European festival performances next year.
Joining the Pixies as touring bassist for the North American, South American and European summer concerts will be Paz Lenchatin (A Perfect Circle, ZWAN, The Entrance Band). “We are really looking forward to playing with her on these dates,” said Lovering. “Working with different bass players is very new for the band, but we’re having a great time doing it.”
