Damien Rice has unveiled the details of his new album My Favourite Faded Fantasy which will be released on 3rd November.<\/p>\n

The album follows Damien\u2019s previous records O and 9 which both garnered much critical-acclaim and sold by the bucketload. My Favourite Faded Fantasy is Rice\u2019s first collection of material in 8 years and is produced by Rice along with Rick Rubin.<\/p>\n

The album\u2019s title track was given its world premiere on Zane Lowe\u2019s BBC Radio 1 show last night and is available instantly on iTunes for fans who pre-order the album.<\/p>\n

The first single to be lifted from the album will be I Don\u2019t Want To Change You which will debut later this month.<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes you have to step away from what you love in order to learn how to love it again,\u201d says Rice regarding the long gap between albums.<\/p>\n
