In Cornwall, George Warleggan continues to build his empire in a bid to crush the Poldarks and Elizabeth (Heida Reed) resolves to forge a new life for herself as his wife and a Warleggan, burying her past and Ross (Aidan Turner) with it.<\/p>\n<p>However, she harbours a secret, one that threatens to undo the comfortable life she has finally secured for herself and son&#8230;Ross and Demelza (Eleanor Tomlinson) attempt to keep the peace and avoid George for good, repairing their relationship at Nampara. However, the arrival of Demelza\u2019s brothers disturbs the fragile truce and Ross must ask himself how long he can allow George\u2019s ascent to continue unchecked\u2026 Meanwhile, Dwight is captured during the war with France and it falls on Ross to save his friend. Facing battles both at home and abroad, will Ross answer the call and risk losing everything he holds dear?<\/p>\n<p>Poldark: Complete Series 3 is written by Debbie Horsfield, directed by Ed Bazalgete and William McGregor.
