Today, rising country star Warren Zeiders unveiled his highly anticipated project Relapse via Warner Records. Known for his raw, story-driven acoustics, Zeiders continues to captivate audiences with a collection of songs that explore the complexities of love, betrayal, and heartbreak. The 10-track project features standout singles like ‘Betrayal' and the title track ‘Relapse' which has already garnered over 43.3 million streams in the U.S. since its release in June.
We talked to Warren about his crazy success and the new album recently and you can read that interview right here.
‘Relapse' showcases Zeiders’ talent alongside some of country music's most sought-after songwriters and producers, including 10-time GRAMMY-winner Chris Stapleton, as well as producers Mike Elizondo (Dr. Dre, Ed Sheeran, Carrie Underwood) and Ross Copperman (Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini). With contributions from songwriters such as Al Anderson, Blake Pendergrass, Justin Ebach, and Mike Walker, the project dives deep into the emotional turbulence of love and loss.
The album is characterized by its guitar-heavy sound and emotionally charged lyrics. Tracks like ‘Relapse' and ‘Fight Like Hell' deliver love-struck anthems, while ‘Intoxicated' and ‘Devil I Know' offer moody, reflective moments. Songs like ‘Addictions' and ‘High Desert Road' capture the melancholy of summer, and ‘Death of a Cowboy' blends classic country themes with tender songwriting. The gritty vocals and dark melodies in ‘Stone’s Throw Away' and ‘Betrayal' further highlight Zeiders' dynamic range. The album closes with ‘Love on the Line,' a soul-stirring ballad penned by Chris Stapleton, tying together the album's overarching themes of love, deception, and heartbreak. Notably it is also the second song written by Chris Stapleton that Zeiders has recorded after his version of ‘Inside Your Head' on his ‘Pretty Little Poison' album.
Zeiders continues to make waves in the country music scene, with 2024 being another banner year. He has been nominated for two People’s Choice Country Awards: New Artist of 2024 and New Artist Song of 2024 for his track ‘Betrayal.' These accolades come on the heels of his announcement of the 2025 Relapse headline tour, which will span 23 dates across major cities, including Nashville, Atlanta, and Charlotte.
Earlier this year, Zeiders scored his first No. 1 single with ‘Pretty Little Poison,' which topped both the Country Aircheck’s Mediabase Country Chart and Billboard’s Country Airplay Chart. The track also peaked in the Top 24 on Billboard’s Hot 100 and earned him his second RIAA Platinum certification. At just 25 years old, Zeiders has already amassed over 2.6 billion career streams and 2 billion TikTok views, with 8 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
As the summer continues, Zeiders is set to perform at major festivals before joining Jelly Roll’s The Beautifully Broken Tour as direct support this fall. For more information on tour dates and to listen to Relapse, visit warrenzeiders.com.
