Ty Myers treats fans to ‘The Select (Acoustic)’

Ty Myers has followed the release of his debut album with double-track ‘The Select (Acoustic)'.

The release features two solo-penned fan favourites – ‘Firefly (Acoustic)' and ‘Thought It Was Love (Acoustic)'. Both tracks were produced by Brandon Hood and they're available to stream now via RECORDS Nashville/Columbia.

‘Firefly' reveals Myers’ gift for penning love songs that feel both classic and undeniably fresh. With its hypnotic backdrop of airy character and stark guitar tones, the soulful slow-burner takes on a mood of euphoric infatuation as he quietly observes the one he loves. ‘Thought It Was Love' on the other hand, offers an up-close look at the lonesome aftermath of a breakup, radiating an undeniable tenderness even as his lyrics cut to the core of regret.

‘The Select' is 17-year-old Myers' debut album and it features 16 tracks, 14 of which he has writing credits on. 12 of the songs he wrote on his own. Pre-order the CD & Vinyl Edition, released on 28th March, at https://shop.tymyersmusic.com/.

Continuing to bring this full-length LP to The Select Tour, the fast-selling 45-date headline run has already tallied 42 sold-out shows. For the full tour itinerary and to purchase tickets, visit www.tymyersmusic.com.
