Walter Presents: ‘The Sommerdahl Murders’ Season 2 coming to More4 in June

Danish series ‘The Sommerdahl Murders' Season 2 is coming to More4 in June courtesy of Walter Presents.

Starring André Babikian, Laura Drasbæk and Peter Mygind, the series is created by Lolita Bellstar. The new season features four 120-minute episodes.

DCI Dan Sommerdahl returns to investigate more chilling cases while navigating his complicated personal life. Set in the seemingly peaceful seaside town of Elsinore, Denmark, Dan is confronted with both old and new challenges as he seeks justice for victims – and attempts to rebuild his fractured relationship with his estranged wife, Marianne.

However, things take a complicated turn when a love triangle forms between Dan, Marianne, and his best friend and partner, Detective Flemming Torp. Their personal dynamics become just as complex as the murders they investigate together.

The season opens with the high-profile murder of world-famous musician Razor. As the investigation unfolds, Dan and Flemming discover that several women in the town are struggling with unresolved feelings for the slain musician, further complicating the case. The deeper they go, the more they uncover about the town's hidden passions and secrets.

Walter Presents: ‘The Sommerdahl Murders' Season 2 will air weekly on More4 starting from 13th June 2025. Episodes will then be made available on C4 Streaming.
