Brett Eldredge teams up with Pedro Capó for summer track ‘St. Tropez’

Brett Eldredge continues to explore his sound with new single ‘St. Tropez' with Latin Grammy-winning star Pedro Capó.

Following on from Eldredge's ‘Lonestar Lovers' EP, ‘St. Tropez' is the latest taste of music from the star who is now releasing music independently. Watch the lyric video for the song below:

Eldredge says about his new song, “I woke up one morning singing the chorus to St. Tropez and immediately wrote and recorded it on my phone…I was originally writing it for a jazz project but figured I’d play it for my cowriter and producer Mark Trussell. He loved it and we went to work on the groove right away. We landed in the most magical place as we were to write with Pedro Capó and Yoel Henríquez that same day. Pedro came in and started dancing and singing the verse. It was like something sparked in  this collaboration…I felt a magic in songwriting that I hadn’t felt before and was so happy to share it with him.  This song is bound to make people feel really damn good, maybe forget about the world for a while. It is way different than anything I’ve done – it feels like a summertime dream.”

‘St. Tropez' is the latest release from Eldredge's Warm and Cozy Records following on from ‘Merry Christmas (Welcome to the Family', his eighth studio album and third holiday album, and his recent EP ‘Lonestar Lovers'.
