The trailer for The Tale of The Princess Kaguya, the new animated movie from Studio Ghibli, has been released.
Directed by Ghibli co-founder the legendary Isao Takahata (Grave of The Fireflies), The Tale of The Princess Kaguya is based on the classic folk tale ‘The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter’. The film was nominated for an Academy Award (Best Animated Feature).
STUDIOCANAL are releasing both English language and Japanese versions, the dubbed release features an all-star cast with Darren Criss (Glee), Lucy Liu (Elementary) and Chloë Grace Moretz (Kick Ass) as Princess Kaguya.
The Tale of The Princess Kaguya will be released in UK cinemas March 20th. Watch the trailer for the movie below:
