Walter Presents: ‘The Eclipse’ to launch on Channel 4 in March

Walter Presents is bringing French series ‘The Eclipse' to Channel 4 and C4 Streaming in March.

Created by Hélène Duchateau and Baptiste Filleul, the six-part series stars Anne Charrier, Claire Keim and Hubert Delattre.

In the windswept, volcanic landscapes of the Aubrac plateau, the quiet village of Bozouls is thrown into turmoil when on the evening of an eclipse, 17 year old Luca accidentally shoots his girlfriend Nour. The two gendarmes assigned to the case are lifelong friends, but their resolve is tested as the case draws their own children into the mix. As Manue and Johanna investigate the incident, they must navigate through the world of their tight knit rural community where instinct, loyalty and suspicion collide.

Featuring a charismatic prosecutor, complex young suspects, and a community shaped by tradition, land, and unspoken rivalries. Just how far will parents go to protect their children, and how fragile is the line between justice and love?

Walter Presents: ‘The Eclipse' will launch on Channel 4 at midnight on 16th March 2026. The series will be available as a boxset on 13th March 2026 on C4 Streaming.
