Megan Moroney is set to celebrate the release of her forthcoming album ‘Cloud 9' with an ambitious fan-focused run titled ‘9 Cities. 9 Days.’ The special series of appearances will see the singer travelling across the United States for intimate events, meet-and-greets and select acoustic performances timed around the album’s arrival on February 20. The run launches in New York City on release day and wraps February 28 in Scottsdale, Arizona, offering fans a rare chance to experience Moroney up close as she ushers in her latest musical chapter. Pre-save the album here.
Moroney says she deliberately built the rollout around her audience, noting that she wanted to share the milestone directly with the listeners who have supported her rise. Most dates will feature $9 tickets available at venue box offices on the morning of each event, with proceeds partly benefiting The Megan Moroney Foundation, which focuses on anti-bullying initiatives, mental health awareness and promoting kindness. Stops will span the country from New York to Salt Lake City, including a particularly meaningful hometown-area appearance in Athens, Georgia, reflecting the University of Georgia graduate’s personal ties to the city.
The album itself is already generating strong anticipation thanks to its title track and a high-profile guest list including Ed Sheeran and Kacey Musgraves. It will also feature the Gold-certified number one ‘6 Months Later,’ the Billboard Hot 100-charting ‘Beautiful Things,’ and recent release ‘Wish I Didn’t.’ Beyond the album launch, Moroney is preparing for an extensive international headline run later this year, signalling continued momentum for one of country music’s fastest-rising stars.
