Ella Langley announces new sophomore album ‘Dandelion’ & shares title track

Ella Langley has announced her highly anticipated sophomore album ‘Dandelion,' set for release on April 10, 2026 via SAWGOD and Columbia Records. The multi-platinum, chart-topping artist executive produced the project alongside Miranda Lambert and Ben West, marking a major creative milestone as she steps fully into the driver’s seat of her next chapter. Alongside the album announcement, Langley has released the title track ‘Dandelion,' written with Joybeth Taylor, Austin Goodloe and Brett Tyler, which arrives with an official visualiser.

Following the success of her 2024 debut album ‘hungover,' Dandelion finds Langley digging deeper than ever before. She describes the record as her most personal work to date, shaped by self-discovery, mistakes, and growth. Designed to feel easy and effortless, the album is meant to be both immersive and joyful, equally suited for close listening or carefree moments. Langley paints the project as a collection of memories and feelings, evoking fireflies in the summer, open windows on red dirt roads, and the timeless freedom of long Sunday afternoons.

The album’s momentum is already building. Lead single ‘Choosin’ Texas' continues its meteoric rise, holding a Top 10 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for a third consecutive week and landing in the Top 5 at Country radio. With more than 240 million streams, it stands as Langley’s biggest solo release to date and sets the tone for the confidence and clarity running through Dandelion. The album’s title reflects themes of resilience and renewal, drawing inspiration from the dandelion’s ability to thrive in harsh conditions and its symbolism of healing.

‘Dandelion' is now available for pre-order across multiple formats, including limited edition signed Honey Bee Yellow vinyl, standard Puffball White vinyl, and CD, alongside new exclusive merchandise. Click here for merch.
