Lainey Wilson is kicking off the holiday season with the release of her new EP, ‘Peace, Love, & Cowboys (Holiday Edition),' out now. The three-song collection features a festive reimagining of her fan-favourite track ‘Peace, Love, & Cowboys,' a collaboration on ‘Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!' with Bing Crosby, and a heartwarming rendition of George Strait’s ‘Christmas Cookies.' Fans can stream or purchase the EP now right here.
Physical versions of the project will arrive on November 21, available in 12-inch vinyl, 7-inch vinyl, and CD formats. The release will include ‘Peace, Love, & Cowboys (Holiday Edition)' and ‘Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!,' along with instrumental versions of both tracks. Wilson will also perform the songs live at the Grand Ole Opry’s special Christmas show on December 10. Tickets can be purchased at www.opry.com.
The new holiday project adds to an incredible year for Wilson, who is set to host the 59th Annual CMA Awards next month. She leads this year’s nominations with six, including Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year (Whirlwind), Single of the Year (“4x4xU”), Song of the Year (“4x4xU”), and Music Video of the Year (“Somewhere Over Laredo”). Wilson is also confirmed to headline Stagecoach Festival in the spring and was recently named to the 2025 TIME100 Next list.
Her Whirlwind World Tour has been a massive success, with sold-out shows at New York’s Madison Square Garden and Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Wilson continues her tour through the fall, with upcoming stops in St. Paul, Knoxville, Charlotte, and Tampa, before heading overseas for a headline run across Australia and New Zealand next year.
