Thirteen years after releasing their beloved holiday collection ‘On This Winter’s Night,' GRAMMY-winning trio Lady A is bringing fresh festive spirit with the arrival of ‘On This Winter’s Night (Volume 2).' Out just in time for the 2025 holiday season, the new project delivers 11 tracks that blend original songs, holiday standards and reimagined classics – all wrapped in the group’s signature three-part harmony and easygoing country-pop style. Produced by Nathan Chapman, Sam Ellis, and Dann Huff, the record balances warmth and reverence with a touch of playful seasonal sparkle.
Highlights of the collection include the trio’s original ‘Wouldn’t Be Christmas,' a reverent take on ‘O Holy Night,' and collaborations with Ricky Skaggs on ‘Why We Sing Noel' and Chris Tomlin on ‘Silent Night.'
Lady A also revisit favourites like Paul McCartney’s ‘Wonderful Christmastime,' George Michael’s ‘Last Christmas,' and the Beach Boys’ ‘Little Saint Nick.' Meanwhile, the tender original ‘Christmas Through Your Eyes' offers a heartfelt nod to family traditions.
Fans can hear the new music live on the group’s 2025 This Winter’s Night Tour, a 12-date run across the U.S. that concludes with a three-night stand at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. With On This Winter’s Night (Volume 2), Lady A continues their legacy of holiday cheer while adding new classics to the season’s soundtrack.
