‘The Traitors' will return for a nine-part celebrity series on BBC One and iPlayer this autumn, and the line-up has been revealed.
Claudia Winkleman has opened the castle doors to an all-star cast who are ready to play the ultimate game of deceit and betrayal. The celebrities will play the ultimate game of detection, backstabbing and trust, in the hope of winning a cash prize up to £100,000 for a charity of their choice.
Claudia says: “We’re incredibly lucky these brilliant people have said yes. I’d love to say we’ll take it easy on them and they’ll just wander round the castle and eat toast for a couple of weeks but that would be a lie.”

Since the series debuted on BBC One and BBC iPlayer in 2022, the show has been a breakout hit. The show has seen phenomenal growth and the series three averaged at 10.3 million viewers across all 12 episodes with the launch episode reaching 10.9 million, making it the biggest unscripted series in the market (since ITV’s “I’m a Celebrity” in 2022) and the biggest unscripted series for 16-34s (2.3m), and with half of its viewing coming from iPlayer. The Traitors continues to be the biggest new Entertainment brand in the market for 16-34s.
‘The Celebrity Traitors' is produced by Studio Lambert Scotland for BBC One and BBC iPlayer, and has been commissioned by Kalpna Patel-Knight, Head of Entertainment Commissioning for the BBC.
