The heats continue on season 2 of ‘Gladiators' this weekend as four brand new contenders compete to secure a chance in the quarter final.
Last week's episode saw 40-year-old driving instructor Joe triumph over 25-year-old NHS call handler Aman, and 23-year-old gym owner Keeva won by default in the women's battle when 43-year-old celebrant Nikki had to withdraw due to injury. The episode also introduced new female Gladiator Cyclone, who could well give Legend a run for his money with her mouthy cockiness.
This weekend 38-year-old water engineer Lewis from Tredegar will take on 32-year-old youth worker Mus from East London in the men's battle, while 34-year-old hair technician Toni from Tedegar will compete against 35-year-old gym owner Amanda from Warrington in the women's battle. Who will emerge victorious?
Viewers will also be introduced to new game Unleash on Saturday night, which looks like a nightmarish version of hurdles. We can't wait to see what the game entails and if the contenders will be able to defeat the Gladiators!
