Each year the Grand Ole Opry hand picks a set of up and coming artist to form their ‘NextStage' group. This is a milestone accolade for any rising artist and for 2025 there is a cracking group featuring the likes of EF Country favourites like Wyatt Flores, Ella Langley, Josh Ross, Madeline Edwards and 49 Winchester amongst others.
The artists get to play a show at the Grand Ole Opry to highlight their talents and this year's show happened last night on December 9th. You can watch the whole show on Youtube right now at the link below, hosted by Lainey Wilson, who opens the show with a great version of ‘Whirlwind.' The whole show is about three hours long.
