Evan Honer releases ‘Scared to Love Again’ – take a listen

Singer-songwriter Evan Honer has released new single ‘Scared to Love Again', which is taken from his upcoming EP ‘Different Life'.

‘Different Life' will be released on 27th September 2024 through Cloverdale Records. It features four brand new original songs. Take a listen to ‘Scared to Love Again' below:

“I am very excited for people to hear ‘Scared to Love Again’ and the songs to follow because I think these songs sound and feel different than anything I have made,” said Honer. “The production is big which I think is needed for these songs. I never imagined how bad the feeling of getting cheated on was until I unfortunately felt it. ‘Scared to Love Again’ is simply about that and trying to understand how someone is able to throw away a relationship in a matter of minutes. The rest of the songs on ‘Different Life' were written over a year ago and that is why I wanted these songs to come out together. I still have no idea what I’m doing, but all I know, and what I want to do, is make stuff I am proud of. I am so lucky to have people care about what I write and as long as they'll have me I’ll keep sharing my little songs.”

Last month Honer released a reimagined version of ‘Fighting For' featuring Hailey Whitters. He also made his official debut at the Grand Ole Opry performing songs from his new album.

Honer is currently in the midst of the second leg of his ‘Nowhere Fast Tour' across the US. Several dates have already sold out while others have been upgraded to larger venues due to high demand.
