Fresh off the release of his third studio album, ‘Eagle Feather,' country singer-songwriter Ian Munsick has announced his next major touring chapter: The Eagle Flies Free Tour. The 17-date headlining run will kick off February 13, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina, and feature special guests Lanie Gardner, Ben Haggard, Tyler Nance and Jake Worthington.
Known for his modern-Western sound and soaring vocals, Munsick’s upcoming tour celebrates a new era of independence. The Wyoming native revealed the tour directly to fans following news of his departure from Warner Music Nashville, expressing deep gratitude for their continued support.
“Of all the accomplishments and relationships I’ve made since I started my music career, one remains at the summit of the mountain; fans like you,” Munsick said. “You have allowed me to break the chains of Music Row and fly free. You were the reason I moved to Nashville in the first place, and you are now the reason why I have the freedom to blaze my own trail. The Eagle Flies Free Tour will be our greatest tour yet.”
He continued, “The bond you have with me and Rocky Mountain Fever is unlike anything I’ve experienced and it is an honor to witness night in and night out. Some of you have been to ten or more shows. Some of you might be coming to a show for the first time. Either way, this tour will be one of the best shows you’ve ever seen. Come fly with me.”
Presale tickets for Munsick’s fan club members will be available starting Wednesday, October 8, at 10 a.m. local time, running through Thursday, October 9, at 10 p.m. Remaining tickets go on sale to the public Friday, October 10, at 10 a.m.
The tour will feature performances of his Gold-certified hits like ‘Long Live Cowgirls' (with Cody Johnson), ‘Long Haul,' and ‘Horses Are Faster,' while visiting key markets across the country. Stops include a Valentine’s Day show at Atlanta’s Tabernacle, a March 5 performance at Scheels Arena in Fargo, North Dakota, and a March 27 set at the iconic Floores Country Store in Helotes, Texas. The run will wrap up March 28 in Durant, Oklahoma, at the Choctaw Grand Theater. VIP packages will be available for all shows except the Durant date.
The new tour follows a historic summer for Munsick, who became the first Wyoming native to headline the legendary Cheyenne Frontier Days festival in July.
With The Eagle Flies Free Tour, Munsick continues to prove why he’s one of country music’s most original voices — an artist deeply rooted in his Western heritage, now fully charting his own course.
