Cassidy Daniels builds momentum with playful new single ‘Crazy Love’ and Dutton Ranch TV show spotlight

Cassidy Daniels continues her breakout year with the release of ‘Crazy Love', a confident, hook-driven new single that further cements her as one of the most exciting emerging voices in country right now.

The track arrives off the back of a major moment for Daniels, having been featured in Episode 7 of the Paramount+ hit series Dutton Ranch, where she not only contributed music but also appeared on screen. Following the earlier success of ‘Heart Shaped Necklace,' which debuted as part of the show’s record-breaking premiere, ‘Crazy Love' becomes the latest piece of her growing presence within the series, alongside fan favourite ‘Ain’t No Jukebox,' which is also set to appear on her forthcoming album.

Written by Daniels alongside Vanessa Olivarez, Justin Schipper, Braelyn Watt and Piper Bateman, ‘Crazy Love' leans into a lighter, more playful side of her artistry. Built around an infectious chorus, “I’ll show you crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy love,” the song flips the narrative, reframing “crazy” not as chaos or heartbreak, but as something passionate, fearless and fully committed.

Sonically, the track continues Daniels’ evolving partnership with John Osborne of Brothers Osborne, who produced the song at his Pine Box Studios in Nashville. His influence is clear in the track’s modern edge, but it never overshadows Daniels’ voice: instead giving her space to lean into both the attitude and authenticity that are becoming her defining traits.

That creative relationship was something Daniels spoke about in detail when we caught up with her at CMA Fest in Nashville, describing the collaboration as a dream scenario and hinting at a project that represents the most complete version of herself as an artist so far. With a full-length album on the horizon later this year, ‘Crazy Love' feels like another important piece of the puzzle: a song that shows Daniels isn’t confined to one lane, but is instead building a catalogue that balances emotional depth with moments of pure, unfiltered fun.

And right now, everything about her trajectory suggests this is only just getting started.
