Hudson Westbrook scores top 10 debut with new ‘Texas Forever’ album

Hudson Westbrook has officially cemented his place as one of country music’s fastest-rising stars. The Texas native’s debut album ‘Texas Forever' landed in the Top 10 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart this week and entered at No. 59 on the all-genre Billboard 200. Released via River House Artists and Warner Music Nashville, the 17-track collection has already topped 352 million lifetime streams after its first week.

To mark the release, Westbrook dropped the official music video for the title track ‘Texas Forever,' directed by Emma Kate Golden. Shot in and around his hometown of Stephenville, Texas, the video captures the past 16 months of his life, highlighting his journey from working at a local feed store in April 2024 to headlining a national tour. The heartfelt clip features his mother Heidi Westbrook, girlfriend Stormie Goldsmith, and his Texas-based touring band.

August’s Apple Music Country Riser of the Month, Westbrook is currently headlining his 2025 Summer Tour and will kick off his Texas Forever Fall Tour this September. He also made his debut at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre this past weekend, performing alongside Parker McCollum and joining him on stage for a duet of ‘Rest of My Life.'

Westbrook’s debut single to country radio, ‘House Again,' continues to climb the charts, breaking into the Top 20 this week. The rising singer-songwriter now boasts more than 6.2 million monthly listeners on Spotify and is closing in on 600 million global streams. With momentum building and ‘Texas Forever' gaining traction nationwide, Westbrook is quickly becoming a defining voice in modern country music.
