Lily Rose is stepping confidently into a new era with the announcement of her full-length album ‘I Know What I Want' due out October 3. The 13-track project promises a deeply personal look at clarity, self-discovery, and the emotional highs and lows that have shaped the singer-songwriter’s journey over the past five years.
This Friday, August 8, Rose will release ‘Of Course I Do,' a slow-burning, confessional single that offers a final glimpse into the emotional core of the upcoming album. Written by Rose alongside Paul DiGiovanni, Andy Albert and Emily Weisband, the track lays bare the raw aftermath of a breakup, pairing vulnerability with Rose’s signature vocal grit. ‘Of Course I Do' follows a string of 2025 singles, including ‘End Like This,' ‘Seein’ Blue,' ‘Let You Know When I Get There' and the title track ‘I Know What I Want,' which has already been praised for its blend of honesty and edge.
“I’ve been writing for this project for almost five years now,” Rose shares. “Through that time, I’ve known what I want but was figuring out how to get there… and I feel like I finally made it. This song is the one I’m most excited to blast in my car and play live.”
The new album builds on the momentum of her ‘Runnin’ Outta Time' EP, which received critical acclaim in spring 2024 for its mix of high energy and unfiltered emotion. With ‘I Know What I Want,' Rose continues to evolve as both a performer and storyteller, offering fans a full-length collection that captures where she’s been—and where she’s going.
To celebrate the new music, Rose will hit the road this weekend for three shows in support of Jordan Davis. She’ll then launch her 17-stop headlining I Know What I Want Tour beginning September 11 in Boston, with stops in major cities like New York, Washington, D.C., Charlotte and her hometown of Atlanta.
