Pop-country sensation Dasha has unveiled her most intimate track to date with the release of her new single, ‘Oh, Anna!', now available via Warner Records. The emotionally charged song marks a reflective turn for the RIAA-certified, 40-times Platinum artist, as she opens up about navigating fame, self-doubt, and rediscovery.
“When my career took off last year, everything changed so fast—and in the whirlwind, I felt like I lost myself,” Dasha shared. “It was disorienting and, honestly, scary. I faced a lot of hate in the middle of my success, and for a while, my confidence disappeared.”
Written by Dasha alongside acclaimed songwriters Hillary Lindsey, Emily Weisband, and Chris LaCorte, ‘Oh, Anna!' is a heartfelt message to her younger self, using her birth name as a powerful symbol of identity. The song opens with gently strummed acoustic guitar and evolves into a confessional chorus: “I feel more like a scared little kid than I ever did back then. I need you to come back a little, come back a little, make me that girl again, oh Anna!”
“I wrote this song not just for who I am now, but for the fearless little girl I used to be,” Dasha explained. “The one with big dreams, unshakable pride, and a clear sense of self. This song is a reminder of her strength, her clarity, and her joy.”
The track was first previewed during Dasha’s powerful performance at CMA Fest 2025 in Nashville, where it quickly became a fan favourite.
