ERNEST launches Live From The South tour and teases new music with ‘Lorelei’

GRAMMY-nominated artist, songwriter, and producer ERNEST officially launched his Live From The South tour last Thursday night, kicking things off in Jackson Hole, Wyoming with a packed show at the legendary Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. The opening run continued through Salt Lake City, Utah and Reno, Nevada over the weekend, setting the tone for a tour that blends sharp songwriting, lived-in storytelling, and a deep-rooted Southern sound. The run will carry ERNEST through major markets including Boston, New York, and Houston before wrapping up in April.

Praised by The New York Times as a “writer of hit songs and emerging star in his own right,” ERNEST brings a hit-heavy setlist to the stage, pulling from across his catalog including songs from his critically acclaimed album NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE. Joining him on the road are breakout artist-writers Rhys Rutherford, Chandler Walters, and Cody Lohden, all of whom are signed to ERNEST’s DeVille Records as well as Cadillac Music Publishing. Together, the lineup underscores ERNEST’s growing influence not just as a performer, but as a creative hub for a new generation of Nashville talent.

Here's the setlist from ERNEST's show in Nevada on January 24th:

The tour follows the November release of ‘Live From The South,' a sonically rich project produced by ERNEST alongside Jacob Durrett that leans into guitar-picking, fiddle, and pedal steel. The collection captures an artist settling confidently into his own voice, grounded in gratitude and themes of family, faith, and building a meaningful life.

That momentum continues this week as ERNEST looks ahead to his next chapter with the release of ‘Lorelei,' arriving Friday. The new single finds him heading even further south, embracing island time and signalling more new music to come later this year. Fans can pre-add and pre-save ‘Lorelei' now HERE.
