FILMORE and Pitbull bridge Nashville and Miami on new ‘Yeehaw’

Today marks the release of ‘Yeehaw,' the first-ever studio collaboration between country singer-songwriter FILMORE and multi-platinum, GRAMMY Award-winning global icon Pitbull. The high-energy track finds the two artists meeting at the crossroads of Nashville and Miami, blending country swagger with Pitbull’s unmistakable global flair in a song built for movement, confidence and late-night drive energy.

The collaboration was sparked when Pitbull sent FILMORE a voice memo that immediately set the creative wheels in motion. While on his way to a Nashville studio, FILMORE listened to the idea for the first time and knew the song had something special. From there, the track came together quickly, with writing and recording sessions stretching from Nashville to Florida and resulting in a song that both artists found themselves playing on repeat.

‘Yeehaw' leans into a bold, modern take on country cool, capturing a sense of freedom and self-assured attitude. FILMORE describes the song as a celebration of swagger, particularly the kind of confidence a woman carries naturally. A standout lyric, “BNA to MIA going south tonight,” nods to the geographic and sonic journey behind the track, uniting two musical worlds in one seamless groove.

In addition to the single’s release, FILMORE and Pitbull are set to make their live broadcast performance debut together on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2026. The performance will take place in Las Vegas and will be hosted by NFL legend Rob Gronkowski alongside performer and host Julianne Hough.

With ‘Yeehaw,' FILMORE and Pitbull deliver a genre-blurring collaboration that feels both unexpected and natural, closing out the year with a track designed to carry straight into the New Year.
