Special guests revealed for Ronan Keating’s BBC New Year’s Eve show

The special musical guests have been revealed for Ronan Keating's BBC New Year's Eve show.

‘Ronan & Friends: A New Year’s Eve Party', airing on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, will see Keating joined on stage by two of his former Boyzone bandmates, Louise Redknapp, Shona McGarty and Calum Scott for one-off, specially curated performances, celebrating some of the biggest and best-loved songs of the last three decades.

In a highly anticipated moment, Ronan reunites with his former Boyzone bandmates Keith Duffy and Shane Lynch for a special performance. One of the most successful pop groups of the 1990s, Boyzone scored six UK number-one singles and sold more than 25 million records worldwide. Their appearance promises a powerful burst of nostalgia and a chance to see one of pop’s most iconic line-ups together again.

Also joining Ronan on stage is pop icon Louise, fresh off the back of her recent Top 10 album ‘Confessions'. A defining voice of 90s pop through her time in Eternal and her successful solo career selling 15 million records to date. Louise’s appearance is set to deliver pure feel-good energy to keep audiences on their feet.

Fresh from the Australian jungle, ex-‘EastEnders', pop and musical theatre star Shona will take to the stage. With acclaimed performances in the West End and a reputation for powerhouse vocals, Shona brings a touch of theatrical flair to a unique New Year’s Eve collaboration.

Completing the line-up is multi-platinum-selling singer-songwriter Calum Scott. Known for his soaring vocals and emotionally charged hits including ‘You Are The Reason' and ‘Biblical', Calum brings a modern, soulful sound to the New Year’s Eve celebrations.

With over three decades in the spotlight, Ronan Keating remains one of the UK and Ireland’s most enduring and beloved performers. From his chart-topping success with Boyzone to a hugely successful solo career, his music continues to resonate with audiences of all ages. As a solo artist, Ronan’s voice became the soundtrack to a generation with timeless hits like “When You Say Nothing At All” from the hit film Notting Hill and “Life Is a Rollercoaster.” To date, Ronan has sold more than 15 million records globally as a solo artist, cementing his status as a global music legend.

As the clocks countdown to midnight, Ronan and his guests will sing the night away before the programme cuts to London’s world-famous fireworks display. After midnight, the party continues on BBC One as Ronan returns to keep the celebrations going into 2026.

‘Ronan & Friends: A New Year’s Eve Party' promises an unmissable night of iconic songs, special collaborations and feel-good moments to welcome the new year in style.
