Cooper Alan announces new debut album ‘Winston-Salem’

Rising country star Cooper Alan has announced his debut album, ‘Winston-Salem,' set for release on November 7. Alongside the news, Alan has shared a brand-new track, ‘Hard Acre,' a moving song that blends heartfelt storytelling with raw vulnerability, painting a vivid picture of love, loss, and the bittersweet memories that turn a house into a home. The release follows earlier singles ‘Holy Ghost' and ‘Dale Dickens (RIP),' and continues to showcase Alan’s gift for pairing rich nostalgia with deeply personal songwriting.

‘Winston-Salem' serves as both a career milestone and a tribute to Alan’s North Carolina roots. Split into two sides, the record reflects the duality of his artistry: ‘Winston' dives into family, fatherhood and emotional self-reflection, while ‘Salem' delivers the rowdy, high-energy anthems that have become his trademark. “I’m beyond excited to finally share a body of work that captures every side of who I am,” Alan says. “This record is a ride through every corner of my world, and I can’t wait for you to experience it with me.”

The 20-track album arrives during a breakthrough year for Alan, who has been building momentum with a string of sold-out headlining shows, including a Canadian run this fall. Earlier in 2025, he wrapped his To The Bar Tour and launched The Cooper Alan Foundation, dedicated to supporting mental health organisations and causes. With ‘Winston-Salem' Alan delivers both a personal statement and a powerful step forward in what’s shaping up to be one of country music’s most exciting careers.
