Def Leppard announce 2026 UK and European tour with Extreme as special guests

Def Leppard have announced a return to the UK and Europe in summer 2026 with an eleven-date headline tour. The run includes major stops such as The O2 in London and a homecoming show at Sheffield’s Utilita Arena. The band will also perform in Switzerland, Finland, and Germany, with Extreme joining as special guests on select dates.

The 2026 shows will be the band’s first headline solo tour across the UK and Europe since their sold-out 2023 run with Mötley Crüe. That global tour saw Def Leppard perform across 27 countries, five continents, and sell more than 2.1 million tickets, including a landmark sold-out show at Wembley Stadium.

Frontman Joe Elliott said, “We’re looking forward to playing Radio 2 in the Park in Chelmsford this week…our only UK date of 2025. But we’re also very buzzed to announce our UK and Euro dates in 2026! Playing to our home crowd and our fans in Europe is very important to us, and we’ll be bringing a brand new show that will feature some surprises as well as the classics! See you soon!!”

With over 110 million albums sold worldwide, two U.S. Diamond Awards, and a place in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Def Leppard remain one of the most influential rock bands in history. Their albums Pyromania and Hysteria rank among the best-selling of all time, spawning anthems like ‘Rock of Ages,' ‘Pour Some Sugar on Me,' ‘Animal' and ‘Foolin.' Known for their explosive live performances, the band continues to attract new generations of fans, boasting 20 million social media followers.

Before the 2026 tour kicks off, Def Leppard will headline the final night of Radio 2 In the Park in Chelmsford on Sunday, September 7, 2025, and return to the United States in early 2026 for a month-long Las Vegas residency.

Guitarist Phil Collen added, “It’s a dream to be coming back to the UK and Europe in June and July next year. And to be coming back with our good friends, Extreme, is a bonus. It’s going to be an incredible night for all the fans!”
