Randall King embraces a new chapter with ‘Cheatin’ On My Honky Tonk’ ft Braxton Keith

Country artist Randall King is marking a major life transition with the release of his latest single, ‘Cheatin’ On My Honky Tonk,' featuring fellow Texan Braxton Keith. The Hereford native, who welcomed daughter Paisley Leanna with fiancée Brittany Warthan in April, says the song reflects his shifting priorities as he spends more time at home with his growing family and less time under the neon lights of his beloved honky tonks.

Written by Phil O’Donnell, Ira Dean, and Ronnie Dunn, the tongue-in-cheek track captures King’s evolving lifestyle through clever lyrics and traditional country instrumentation. With Braxton Keith joining him on vocals, the song paints the picture of a former barroom regular who's now happily wrapped up in domestic life. Keith, who credits King for supporting his career from day one, called it “an honor” to be part of the song.

‘Cheatin’ On My Honky Tonk' arrives as a bridge between King’s critically acclaimed sophomore album ‘Into The Neon'—released in January 2024—and the next chapter of his musical journey.

Looking ahead, King is gearing up for a busy 2025 on the road, including headline dates and support slots on Luke Bryan’s Country Song Came On Tour. He’s also back in the studio preparing for a new album slated for release in 2026.
