Waylon Wyatt honours his roots with heartfelt new single ‘Sincerely, Your Son’

Rising country artist Waylon Wyatt continues his breakout year with the release of ‘Sincerely, Your Son,' a moving new single that was unveiled just in time for Mother’s Day in the USA. The track is now available via Music Soup/Darkroom Records and delivers a deeply personal letter from the road, penned with love for the people who raised him.

With his signature blend of unvarnished vocals and rustic charm, the 18-year-old Arkansas native taps into a universal longing—missing home. ‘Sincerely, Your Son' is framed as a letter to Wyatt’s parents, especially his mom, who works as a small-town mail carrier and often misses his performances. The stripped-down production lets Wyatt’s raw vocals take center stage as he sings, “I miss you ma, I miss you dearly, sincerely your son,” delivering a message that feels both timeless and intimate.

“I’ve been holding on to this one for a while,” Wyatt shared. “Wanted to put it out when it meant the most. Safe to say that’s Mother’s Day. This song I dedicate to my pops and my momma.”

The release follows Wyatt’s widely praised debut Stagecoach performance, where he took the Palomino Stage solo with just his acoustic guitar and still managed to command one of the largest early-day crowds. He also surprised fans by bringing out fellow rising star Willow Avalon to perform their duet, ‘Smoke and Embers.'

‘Sincerely, Your Son' joins a growing catalog of emotionally rich storytelling from Wyatt. His debut single ‘Back Together' introduced fans to his tender songwriting, while follow-up tracks like ‘I'd Be Delighted' and the viral duet ‘Jailbreak' with Bayker Blankenship have racked up tens of millions of streams. His debut EP ‘Til The Sun Goes Down,' recorded entirely in his childhood home, has already passed 55 million streams and earned him a reputation as one of country music’s freshest new voices.

Currently on his sold-out Til The Sun Goes Down Tour, Wyatt is also supporting major names like Zach Bryan, Sam Barber, and Turnpike Troubadours, with festival appearances lined up across North America and Europe, including Rock The Park, FreshGrass, Bourbon & Beyond, and Cavendish Beach Music Festival.
