Eric Church announces new ‘Free the Machine’ 2025 tour

Eric Church is set to hit the road with his highly anticipated Free the Machine Tour, a 22-date arena run beginning September 12. The announcement comes just days ahead of the release of his new album, ‘Evangeline vs. The Machine,' which arrives Friday, May 2.

The tour will bring Church’s signature live show to fans across the country, with stops in major cities from coast to coast. Known for his intense, high-energy performances, Church has earned acclaim from outlets like Pollstar, which describes his concerts as “a catharsis as much as a hell-raising Friday night.” Stereogum praises him for breaking genre boundaries in exciting ways, while Forbes highlights his “leave-it-all-on-the-stage mentality.”

Church will be joined on select dates by special guests Elle King, Marcus King Band, and Charles Wesley Godwin.

“From front to back, these shows will be different than anything you’ve ever seen or heard from us before,” Church said in a video message to his fan club, the Church Choir. “I cannot wait to see you on the road for this tour.”

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 9 at 10 a.m. local time, with the Philadelphia show available starting May 16. Premium Church Choir members will have early access beginning Monday, May 5 at 10 a.m., with presale codes available through EricChurch.com or the official Eric Church app. A registration presale for non-premium members and the general public will begin Tuesday, May 6 at 10 a.m.

In keeping with his commitment to preventing ticket scalping, Church is reserving all pit tickets for premium Church Choir members. These tickets will be available through a request process and will be will-call only (unless prohibited by state law).

The new album, ‘Evangeline vs. The Machine,' features the lead single ‘Hands of Time,' which debuted as the most-added song at Country radio and set a personal best for Church with 135 stations in its first week.

In addition to the fall tour, Church will showcase the new music at several high-profile shows this spring and summer. He’ll perform two To Beat The Devil residency concerts at London’s Royal Albert Hall on May 16-17, followed by a sold-out, two-night stand at Nashville’s Pinnacle on May 23–24. This July, he returns to Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre for three unique, sold-out performances: Eric Church vs. The Machine, Eric Church vs. The ECB, and Eric Church vs. The Guitar.
