Country duo LOCASH is riding high after their latest single ‘Hometown Home' reached No. 1 on the radio charts this week. In addition to celebrating the milestone, the pair has been making waves on national television, discussing their career-defining hit, their upcoming fifth studio album ‘Bet The Farm' and the launch of their own record label, Galaxy Label Group.
On Monday, April 7, LOCASH appeared on CBS Mornings Plus to talk with co-hosts Adriana Diaz and Tony Dokoupil. The conversation covered their early days as a duo, their decision to take control of their careers by founding Galaxy Label Group, and their hands-on approach to the music business. “We’ve always been the guys that want to have our hands on the reins and be in the mix,” they shared.
The following day, April 8, the duo stopped by Fox & Friends to talk about ‘Bet The Farm.' “We put all the chips in, baby. Let’s go!” they said, referencing the album title and their all-in attitude. They also performed their hit ‘Hometown Home,' which co-host Steve Doocy noted he’s heard “500 times on the radio.”
Wrapping up their TV blitz, LOCASH sat down with ABC News Live to discuss their mission of delivering “feel-good country music” through their new album. The interview also touched on their creative ‘One Big Easter Egg Hunt,' in which 16 hidden symbols have been tucked into the ‘Bet The Farm' album cover. One lucky fan who uncovers all the secrets will win a private LOCASH concert in their hometown. More details are available on the official contest page.
Looking ahead, LOCASH will headline the 29th annual Key West Songwriters Festival Street Show on May 3 in Key West, Florida. The free show kicks off at 7 p.m. and promises to bring high energy and hit songs to the Florida Keys.
