Latin star Gale has released new single ‘YSILANDIA', a track that unpacks the chaos of overthinking, love and self-doubt.
Featuring fellow puerto Rican artist Robi, the song is an intimate conversation with the mind – full of “what ifs,” insecurities, and anxious possibilities. Watch the video for the track below:
‘YSILANDIA' was produced by DallasK and it follows the recent release of ‘Skittles‘. Both songs serve as previews for Gale's upcoming new album, which has already been named as one of Rolling Stone's ‘Albums We Can't Wait To Hear'.
In Gale’s own words, “‘YSILANDIA’ was born from the mental chaos we experience when we overthink everything, especially in love. It’s an honest internal conversation, inspired by something I learned in therapy, that reflects what goes on in the minds of those who overthink (like me). This song is even more special because I wrote and sang it with ROBI, an incredible artist from Puerto Rico whom I deeply admire. His music, lyrics, and voice have a unique way of connecting, and working together on this was magical. I hope that when you listen to it, you feel less alone in your thoughts and find a little peace within the chaos.”
