‘Strictly Come Dancing' 2024 reached the semi-final stage last night as the five couples took to the ballroom once again.
This weekend everyone had to perform two dances in a bid to secure a place in next week's Grand Final. Topping the leaderboard again this week was JB Gill and his partner Lauren Oakley who scored 79 out of 80 across their Paso Doble and Salsa. As is becoming a weekly habit, Tasha Ghouri and her partner Aljaž Škorjanec were close behind with 75 points for their Salsa and Waltz.
At the bottom of the leaderboard again this week was Pete Wicks and his partner Jowita Przystał with a respectable 67 for their Foxtrot and Argentine Tango. They finished only two points below Chris McCausland and his partner Dianne Buswell.
At this stage in the competition, anyone could go home during the Results Show regardless of where they placed on the leaderboard. Is it Pete's time to go or could we be in for a shocker tonight?
The leaderboard for the evening was:
- JB Gill and Lauren Oakley – 39 + 40 = 79
- Tasha Ghouri and Aljaž Škorjanec – 35 + 40 = 75
- Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola – 36 + 36 = 72
- Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell – 33 + 36 = 69
- Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał – 32 + 35 = 67
‘Strictly Come Dancing' 2024 continues tonight at 7.20pm on BBC One where one more couple will be going home ahead of the grand final.
