‘Strictly Come Dancing' 2024 threw an additional challenge at the remaining couples this week with the Sambathon.
After performing their routines for the week, the couples participated in the Sambathon, where they picked up additional points. Tasha Ghouri and her partner Aljaž Škorjanec were in the lead with full marks for their American Smooth but JB Gill and Lauren Oakley ended up tying with them for first place after winning the Sambathon.
Languishing at the bottom of the leaderboard was Pete Wicks and his partner Jowita Przystał who scored the lowest for their routine, which was a Tango this week, and only managed to add 3 points during the Sambathon.
Tonight another couple will exit the competition and it's going to be between Pete and Jowita, and Jamie Borthwick and his partner Michelle Tsiakkas if the public votes follows the leaderboard scores.
The scores for the evening were:
- JB Gill and Lauren Oakley – 39 + 7 = 46
- Tasha Ghouri and Aljaž Škorjanec – 40 + 6 = 46
- Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe – 37 + 5 = 42
- Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola – 36 + 4 = 40
- Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell – 33 + 1 = 34
- Jamie Borthwick and Michelle Tsiakkas – 32 + 2 = 34
- Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał – 29 + 3 = 32
‘Strictly Come Dancing' 2024 continues with the Results Show tonight at 7.20pm on BBC One.
