Brett Young has released flirty new track ‘Say Less', which is out now via Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment.
The song explores a couple that have been together for years, with their shared history giving them telepathic-like abilities to know what the other is thinking. Watch the lyric video for ‘Say Less' below:
“‘Say Less' is a song about two people in a relationship being on the same page, wanting the same things and being completely in sync. We wanted to write something that was fun and sexy but still had a heartfelt romantic side to it,” shares Young. “This song is about a couple that completely gets each other and prefers time alone together over a night out on the town.”
Written by Young alongside Ben Caver and Justin Ebach, ‘Say Less' is the follow-up to ‘Goodnight Into Good Morning', which was released in July. Last month, Young, who is a former Ole Miss baseball player, made a surprise appearance at a Savannah Bananas game where he sang ‘Sleep Without You' and did a some in-game pitching.
Young is currently on the road in the US with special guests Restless Road, Tyler Braden, Hannah McFarland and Owen Riegling. The fall tour will see upcoming dates in cities including New York, NY (10/10), Asbury Park, NJ (10/11), Toronto, ON (10/17), Atlanta, GA (10/24) and more.
