‘Emily in Paris’ renewed for season 5 at Netflix

‘Emily in Paris' will return to Netflix for season 5 it has been announced, less than a week after the second part of Season 4 debuted on the streamer.

The hit series reached number 1 on the Netflix Global Top 10 with 19.9 million views in its first days, after the first part of Season 4 premiered on 12th August. ‘Emily in Paris' reached the Top 10 in 93 countries and has gone on to be a huge hit.

Fans who have caught up with all of the season 4 episodes, were left on a cliffhanger after Emily (Lily Collins) relocated to Rome to helm the new office of Agence Grateau. Viewers also saw Emily looking pretty happy with her new beau Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini), who is the reason that Agence Grateau needs an office in Rome after they took on his family's fashion empire.

In a twist, Alfie (Lucien Laviscount) encouraged Emily's ex-boyfriend Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) to pursue her, and he was last seen asking Mindy (Ashley Park) whereabouts in Rome he could find Emily. Fans have been divided about who they want Emily to end up with and it looks like we're in for another love triangle in season 5.

‘Emily in Paris' is created, executive produced and written by Darren Star. It stars Lily Collins (Emily Cooper), Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu (Sylvie Grateau), Ashley Park (Mindy Chen), Lucas Bravo (Gabriel), Camille Razat (Camille), Samuel Arnold (Julien), Bruno Gouery (Luc), William Abadie (Antoine Lambert), and Lucien Laviscount (Alfie).
