Red Bull is thrilled to introduce Red Bull Jukebox to the United States, a revolutionary live music event where fans control the setlist. Scheduled for Wednesday, October 2 at Ascend Amphitheater in Nashville, this unique concert will feature some of the city's top musical talents, offering fans an unprecedented opportunity to decide the songs and performances.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, July 12 at 10 AM CST on the Red Bull Jukebox website.
Fans can start casting their votes on the Red Bull Jukebox website today, July 9. They will have the chance to shape the event's setlist by voting across multiple categories. Additionally, live voting will be available at the concert on October 2, as well as on artists' social media throughout the summer. Concert-goers will receive light-up wristbands at the venue, enabling them to vote in real-time during the show, enhancing their live experience.
The lineup for Red Bull Jukebox includes GRAMMY-Award winning duo Brothers Osborne, Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper Shaboozey, Priscilla Block, Tucker Wetmore, Muscadine Bloodline, BRELAND, The Castellows, and several surprise guests. Ward Guenther of Whiskey Jam will host the event, which will feature the specially curated Red Bull Jukebox house band led by legendary guitarist and producer Derek Wells.
“Red Bull Jukebox has created a brand new way to experience a concert – letting the fans vote on our setlists. I can’t wait to see what y’all pick!” said Shaboozey.
Ward Guenther also expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “This being Nashville, the potential for surprises around Whiskey Jam and knowing Red Bull’s tendency to surprise — this event has great potential. You never know. Somebody’s always here. Overall, the uniqueness of this event, this being the first Red Bull Jukebox in America, coming to Nashville, Whiskey Jam being involved, is one of the biggest honors we’ve ever had. Nashville has never seen a show like this.”
Priscilla Block added, “I’m so excited to be playing Red Bull Jukebox! I love that Red Bull produced this event that allows fans to choose the songs they hear. Looking forward to seeing which songs you guys want me to play!”
The event also highlights aspiring songwriters through the Red Bull Jukebox songwriting competition. Over the past few months, songwriters from across Music City and beyond submitted their songs, which have been narrowed down to five finalists. Fans can vote for their favorite HERE, with the winner to be announced on October 2. The prize includes an all-expense-paid trip to record at Red Bull Music Studios in Los Angeles, one-on-one coaching sessions with a professional songwriter, and BMI publishing guidance.
For over two decades, Red Bull has supported artists and local communities worldwide through festivals, workshops, artist collaborations, and more.
