Country newcomer Timothy Wayne, who is on tour with Tim McGraw, has released the video for his major label track debut ‘God Made a Country Boy'.
Directed by Tyler Conrad, the video was shot in Wayne's hometown of Franklin, Tennessee. It tells the story of life growing up in the country and features the owners of the Semler Cattle Company, where the video was filmed, who made their acting debuts in the video.
“Growing up working on our family farm was such an important part of my youth and this video represents what the song is really about – which is good people showing up for each other,” said Wayne. “We could not have filmed this beautiful video without the help of our neighbors who provided the location and tried their hand at acting, and family friends who provided the cool truck that is featured. For my first video, this couldn’t have been a more special experience.”
