In honour of Black Music Month, Apple Music has released a special collection titled Apple Music Nashville Sessions: Beyoncé Covered. This unique collection features live-recorded country covers of Beyoncé’s iconic songs by rising Black country artists, highlighting her genre-defining influence and profound impact on music.

The collection includes covers by artists championed by Apple Music over the years, such as Tiera Kennedy, BRELAND, and Joy Oladokun, all of whom have hosted their own radio shows on Apple Music Country. Additional contributors include Madeline Edwards, who re-recorded P!nk’s ‘More' through Apple Music’s Lost & Found initiative, and Tanner Adell. All covers are available exclusively on Apple Music in immersive Spatial Audio.

‘II MOST WANTED' by Joy Oladokun
Joy Oladokun, the first-generation daughter of Nigerian immigrants and a proud queer Black woman, covers “II MOST WANTED.” Reflecting on the broader audience of country music, Oladokun says, “Audiences of country music are bigger than we thought, and they don’t look like we thought.”

‘Halo' by Madeline Edwards
Madeline Edwards, praised for her seamless integration of jazz, soul, gospel, and country influences, delivers a captivating rendition of “Halo.” Edwards, who has been recognized as “Riser of the Month” by Apple Music Country, expresses her pride in contributing to the rich tapestry of American music.

‘Drunk In Love' by Tanner Adell
Tanner Adell, who grew up between Manhattan Beach, California, and Star Valley, Wyoming, infuses “Drunk In Love” with her blend of country storytelling, pop vocals, and hip-hop beats. Adell describes country music as a means of sharing personal stories and family heritage.
