Italian singer-songwriter Mahmood has released new single ‘RA TA TA' along with the accompanying music video today.
Directed by Attilio Cusani and Mahmood, the video for ‘RA TA TA' features slick choreography from Carlos Diaz Gandía. Mahmood is seen surrounded by a group of dancers, showing off his washboard abs and displaying what looks like a religious cross in his hairline. Watch the clip below:
‘RA TA TA' is Mahmood's first new music since the release of his third studio album ‘Nei letti degli altri', which only arrived in February. The album has so far produced two singles ‘Cocktail d'amore' and ‘Tuta gold'.
Internationally Mahmood is perhaps best-known for representing Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest twice; in 2019 with ‘Soldi' and in 2022 alongside Blanco with ‘Brividi'. In his career to date Mahmood has released three studio albums and he has scored three number ones in Italy.
It's unclear at the moment if ‘RA TA TA' is a one-off single, the start of a new project or going to be added to Mahmood's latest album.
