Following its launch at the Cannes Film Festival, a new trailer has been released for Yorgos Lanthimos' ‘Kinds of Kindness'.
During the film festival Jesse Plemons received the Best Actor Award for his performance in the film. ‘Kinds of Kindness' also stars Emma Stone, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie, and Hunter Schaffer. Watch the trailer below:
‘Kinds of Kindness' is a triptych fable, following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing-at-sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader.
The original screenplay for the film was written by Lanthimos and Efthimis Filippou, making this their fourth collaboration (‘The Lobster', ‘The Killing Of A Sacred Deer', ‘Dogtooth'). The movie was produced by Ed Guiney, Andrew Lowe, Kasia Malipan, and Yorgos Lanthimos.
‘Kinds of Kindness' will be released in UK and Ireland cinemas on 28th June 2024.
