Morgan Wallen arrested at Eric Church’s bar in Nashville

Country music artist Morgan Wallen was charged with three felony counts early Monday morning following an incident at Eric Church’s newly opened honky-tonk on Broadway.

According to an arrest report, Metro Nashville police officers were stationed in front of Chief’s Bar on Sunday night when a chair fell from the sixth story, narrowly missing them.

Staff members of Chief’s identified Wallen as the individual responsible for tossing the chair, alleging that he threw it from the sixth floor, as per the arrest report.

Video footage corroborated the allegations, showing Wallen lunging and throwing an object over the roof, with witnesses stating that he laughed afterward.

Wallen was subsequently arrested for three counts of reckless endangerment for endangering both officers and the public, in addition to a charge of disorderly conduct.

His bond was set at $15,250, and his next court appearance is scheduled for May 3rd, coinciding with his planned visit to Nashville for a tour stop at Nissan Stadium on May 2nd and 3rd.

In response to the incident, Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, released a statement affirming Wallen’s full cooperation with authorities and providing a brief overview of the events leading to his arrest.
