Bryce Leatherwood has released new song ‘The One My Daddy Found’, a loving homage to his parents.
Written by Leatherwood with Lynn Hutton and Chris Dubois, the song sees the singer reflecting on his parents’ 25-year love story. Along the way he notes all the qualities from their relationship he aspires to in his own life. Take a listen:
“My parents’ relationship is one I’ve always admired and has served as the basis of what I hope my future resembles,” Leatherwood shares of the song’s inspiration. “I wouldn’t be where I am without my parents supporting my music career and to thank them, I wanted to give them a song that captures how important they are to me.”
‘The One My Daddy Found’ is the latest release from Leatherwood as he teases more new music in the near future. The 23-year-old won ‘The Voice’ in the US in December 2022 and he’s been fast-building a career in Country music ever since.
